Client Information

Pantry clients must provide the following information to receive help.

  • Proof of residence in Edwardsville School District, with utility bill
  • Proof of household income
  • Social Security Cards for each member of the household
  • Photo ID

THIS INFORMATION MUST BE UPDATED EVERY 6 MONTHS
